Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with FELAUTIA! We are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, our easy return and exchange process is here to help. Please read through our detailed policy below to understand how returns and exchanges work.

 

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges Timeframe

Returns or exchanges must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.

Condition of Items: All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original, unopened packaging with all tags attached.

Exclusions: Items marked as final sale, clearance, or discounted are not eligible for return or exchange. Swimwear and intimate apparel are not returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Proof of Purchase: Please retain your order number and any relevant documentation for easy reference when initiating a return.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact Us: To start the return or exchange process, simply contact our customer service team at info@felautia.com. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions.

Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to a defect or a mistake on our part, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will provide a prepaid return label for defective or incorrectly shipped items.

Packaging: Please ensure that all returned items are packaged securely to prevent any damage during transit.

Refunds

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days

Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping (unless we made an error) will be the customer’s responsibility.


Exchanges

Size/Color Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process. We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return.

Product Availability: All exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will notify you to discuss alternative options.

Damaged or Defective Items Inspection & Notification: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately upon receiving your package. Take clear photos of the item and its condition to help expedite the process.

 
Resolution: Once the defect or damage is verified, we will provide you with a prepaid return label for the item and either issue a full refund or send you a replacement, along with a prepaid return label for the defective product.
